At Elan Travel & Sports, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:
Returns – Regular-Priced Items
You may return any regular-priced item within 10 days of purchase for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

It must be in its sealed, original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.
Important: You are responsible for the item’s condition until it reaches our warehouse. Keep all packaging and invoices until you are sure you’re satisfied. Items returned without original packaging or in damaged packaging may be refused or sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective items or if you received the wrong product. To initiate an exchange:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Sale Items
All purchases of sale, discounted, or promotional items are final and non-refundable. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items.
